How to apply the law of attraction to lose weight?I recently saw a title called diet and the law of attraction. I jumped it into this group of people with the aforementioned name and I realized we can use the attraction law in order to stay fit, lose weight and have the body we dreamed of. 
Maybe you would ask your self what does have to do weight loss with the law of attraction. 
Apparently there are just two words which represent the mind and the body. Well, the things are much more related between weight loss diets and the law. 
So, we can use the secret law of attraction to create the body we want. 
I remember when I had a little bit bigger belly then I used to. I was twenty-seven years old and being a sports guy, I could not imagine my self with a belly fat. 
I was asking my self what was the things which get me to that weight? I suddenly got fifteen pounds more without being aware of while I still kept on going to the gym two times per week. 
I realize that my behavior has been changed and my visualization did. 
How much has my behavior changed?
I used to meet my clients in the restaurants. I was lawyer at that time. I was getting out with my friends or associates to often drink a glass of wine. It was happening to have more meetings than I used to. In just a few months I got a belly fat and serious more pounds.

What was happening?

My visualization related to my body has changed. I started to imagine my self being with a belly just like my associates or the clients I have met. I was thinking that if I make money, the rest is coming for granted. But it was not so. I needed to work out my body in order to look fit. 
The first thing I did it was to see images and videos with fit muscle guys every day for five minutes. I was using the visualization board in order to become the "body" I want. When I had these images in my mind I started to take care of what I eat and drink. I started to work out every day. Even when I had no time I was parking my car two or three hundreds feet from the point where I had to be in order to get there walking. 
I also had a videocassette with some exercises which I started to practice, but most of all I started to eat more vegetables and get vitamins. 
In this running for gold times the supplements make a big difference. Especially if we want to stay fit and keep our energy.

Taking the right supplements and applying the law of attraction we can create the body we dreamed of.
