At some point on your weight loss journey it is only natural to feel like giving up, everyone feels this way, especially in the first few weeks.

) Buy accessories that will make your current wardrobe fashionable and that you can still use when you get to your target weight.
So the next time you feel stressed, or upset, or emotional, instead of feeling down make a positive decision to take action and make yourself feel better without food.
