An Example of an Effective Workout Routine

Everyone wants to look fit and smart.
But with the advancing technologies people are getting more and busier instead of having relief and relaxation.
More complications are introduced in the way of life every day.
But that does not means that you stop taking care of yourself.
If you want to run and win the race of life then you have to keep up with all the goodies of life.
Look sharp, trendy and smart.
I am not going to tell you now that you should go on and buy some expensive designer clothes and look trendy :D, but instead I'll be sharing some tips for those guys who don't have the time to go to gym, do exercise for 1 or 2 hour although they want to but they don't just because of busy life.
Because everybody can look trendy but everybody can't keep up themselves fit and smart.
Now when you think of a workout what comes in your mind? A Gym? Going only to a gym does not means workout you can do home workouts too.
But how to start.
When you wake up in the morning you waste your 20 minutes lying on the bed.
Don't waste your time just go to washroom, clear your stomach, wash your face and don't forget to brush your teeth.
Then drink at least 2 glass of water on your eating stomach before eating or doing anything.
If possible then eat 2 bananas or an apple as it will you instant energy to kick start your day.
Now you can waste your 20 minutes on workout instead of lying on the bed like a lazy child :D.
Start your workout with some stretching exercise.
Do about 1set and 15-20 raps of stretching exercise.
Then start doing push ups(Dips).
Do 1 set of 15-20 raps.
Then immediately after push ups find a place to hang and do pull ups.
Do 1 set of 6-8 raps of pull ups with a wide grip.
Rest and relax for max 1 minute.
You can relax by sitting down in yoga position and relax by closing your eyes and breathing slowly.
Then repeat from push ups then the same.
Do at least 6 sets of both exercises or until or unless your 20 minutes have been completed.
Drink normal water as much as you can during the work out, because your muscle is mostly made of water and needs it.
These basic exercises will cover your biceps, chest and wings and makes you strong too.
