- 1). Place the cucumbers in a perforated produce bag. The perforations allow excess moisture to escape during storage.
- 2). Store the cucumbers in the vegetable crisper drawer in the refrigerator. Cucumbers store best at a temperature between 40 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 3). Inspect the cucumbers daily. Use immediately if they develop soft or darkened spots. Cucumbers store well with a minimal loss of quality for up to three days.
