Hi, this is Khaled Elmasri, certified personal trainer with NESM and co-founder of the NorCal Fitness Summit coming to you today from Evolution Trainers in Mountain View, California. Today we're going to talk about two simple exercises you could do using machines. The seated cable row and a seated lap pull down. The seated cable row is a great exercise to develop back strength. Quick tip, make sure you're seated tall with your shoulders back and down with a good rep range of about 12 to 15. Another great back strengthening exercise is a seated lap pull down. Another quick tip, as you're pulling down squeeze those shoulder blades together. Rep range, 12 to 15 reps.
