- 1). Turn the Toshiba M55-S325 computer off.
- 2). Press and hold the "0" key. Turn the computer on.
- 3). Release the "0" key when the System Recovery screen appears.
- 4). Click the button next to "Recovery of Factory Default Software." Click "Next."
- 5). Click "Next" on the warning screen to confirm your choice. The reset process completes automatically.
