Similarly, if you follow a diet which is low in the fiber content, then the possibility of colorectal cancer increases. All this implies that you have a diet regime which is rich in vegetables and fruits.

Recent research in this domain has developed that women consuming more than one drink each day are likely to be affected by breast cancer. Hence, the best way to stay safe is to avoid drinking. Exposing yourself to the sun is also harmful and may lead to skin cancer. Protective clothes and sunscreen are beneficial in this regard.
