Wedding Cake Or Cupcakes? The Choice Is Delicious

While the bride and groom can share a cupcake during the reception, it lacks the tradition of cutting a piece of wedding cake together.
Also, remember that cupcakes are eaten with your hands.
Wedding cakes require a fork and plate.
Cakes also have many more design options than cupcakes.
You can add frosting, piping, flowers, fondant and more.
If you're trying to save costs, cupcakes may be a good option, but keep in mind that the fancier the cupcake, the more it will cost.
Perhaps even equal to a wedding cake when you include cupcake stands and elaborate decorations.
One easy solution would be to include both in your celebration.
You could go with a somewhat smaller or simpler wedding cake and replace the traditional groom's cake with cupcakes.
Or you could have all three and give your guests a choice of deliciously sweet treats.
