How to Cancel Alienware
- 1). Check the status of your order at the Dell Support website.
- 2). Call Dell Support as soon as possible if your order is labeled "pending" or "order processing." Dell Support will cancel your order for you if it has not shipped.
- 3). Wait for your system to arrive in the mail if it is listed as "in production" or "shipped."
- 4). Call Dell Support when the shipment arrives and obtain a Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number from a representative. Ask the representative for the address to ship your order back to.
- 5). Ship back your Alienware to the address the Dell Support representative gave you.
