I was lucky enough to be at the Grand Cayman Marriott on a Sunday, so I could spend a couple of blissful hours at their weekly champagne brunch. I nicknamed the fantastic Sunday brunch at Solana "Tapas on the Beach." Tables are outside with a view of the pristine surf. Inside, appetizers ranging from sushi and marinated seafood to individual caprese salads and a cheese selection whet diners' appetites.

Outside, you could order anything - or one of everything - from the menu. The tapas-sized entrees were made to order and came out one or two at a time.
