How to Find Concert Tickets Online
- 1). Find tour information on your favorite artists, upcoming show schedules and other live music information by checking sites like Pollstar, Live Daily and Goldstar Events. See Additional Resources for more ideas.
- 2). Check your favorite artist's Web site for tour dates, ticket prices and venue information.
- 3). Join the artist or band's fan club, as often these clubs offer special deals or presale tickets to fan club members first. The fan club mailing list may have other special offers, too.
- 4). Search the website of the primary ticketing vendor for the venue where the concert will be held (usually Ticketmaster.com or Tickets.com) and see if good tickets are still available.
- 5). Go to Craigslist or other online classified sections, including your local newspaper's online classified ads, and look for people willing to negotiate ticket sales.
- 6). Consider eBay or ticket broker websites, but make sure to only deal with reputable sellers and understand in advance how and when you will get your tickets. Look in the Additional Resources for some great online ticket broker sites.
- 7). Sign up on social networking sites and find their bulletin boards. Also, most bands and artists have fan sites with forums or message boards. These are great places to find tickets.
