    Exchange Server Synchronization with a Windows Mobile Touch Screen Phone

    • 1). Disconnect your phone from your desktop.

    • 2). Turn on ActiveSync on your phone by tapping "Start > Programs > ActiveSync."

    • 3). Configure the Exchange Server by tapping "Menu > Configure Server."

    • 4). Enter the name of the Exchange Server in the "Server Address" empty field and tap "Next."

    • 5). Enter your "Username", "Password" and "Domain Name" in the empty fields and tap "Next."

    • 6). Choose what data you want to synchronize with Exchange Server by placing a check in the check box next to Email, Contacts and/or Calendar and tap "Finish."

    Exchange Server Synchronization with a Windows Mobile Non-Touch Screen Phone

    • 1). Disconnect your Windows Mobile device from your PC.

    • 2). Initiate ActiveSync from the Home Screen by clicking "Start> ActiveSync."

    • 3). Select the data source by clicking "Menu > Add Server Source."

    • 4). Name the Exchange Server by entering the Exchange Server name in the "Server Address" text field.

    • 5). Configure Exchange Server access by entering your "Username", "Password" And Domain Name" in the corresponding text fields and then click "Next."

    • 6). Choose the data to be synchronized with Exchange Server by placing a check in the check box next to Email, Contacts and/or Calendar and click "Finish."
