What I Learned From Eating Junk Food

Ive been a junk food addict most of my life!

Its a terrible thing to say and to acknowledge, but its part of my healing process and I hope this will help you a lot too.

Ive been eating junk food since I was four years old, Ive been overweight since I was six and obese since I was twelve.

Now, I a different guy, I have a normal BMI and I can walk and do physical exercises without ever feeling terrible fatigues or endure suffering.

In other words: I feel great.

This came not out of surgery or taking medications, it came out of learning about junk food and what it was doing to my body.

Here are the three lessons Ive learned from junk food and how you can use them too to not only lose weight but to gain muscles and self-confidence too.

The first lesson Ive learned from junk food is eating doesnt equal nutrition.

When you go to eat at a junk food restaurant, no matter what they say in the pictures about a certain food containing iron, or calcium, there is always something wrong about this food.

This is why: its all based on calories.

This is the big secret that very few people know: when you eat, your body doesnt just need calories, it needs nutrients too.

One of the most neglected nutrients junk food industry would never get in their foods is antioxidants.

They cant get them in their food not because they are expensive or difficult to make, but because they are bound to natural foods.

You can hear on the radio or TV about a pill containing some antioxidants, the truth is that these antioxidants are made by chemical process and they will never serve your body.

The first lesson then is that you need to eat natural foods that come out of trees and plants.

The second lesson Ive learned from eating junk food is that its more expensive to eat natural than junk.

This was a big realization for me: I thought that I must be very lucky to find these nice people who would give me food at this cheap price!!

But when I started thinking about it, I realized that this food must not be the best because great looking foods at Wal-Mart look way more delicious and are more expensive.

Lesson number two is that junk food is really JUNK!

The third lesson Ive learned from eating junk food is that Ill get fatter and sicker with every single bite.

Dont try to hide the truth about it, we all know it!

The more you eat the more fat you will become.

Its that simple.

Its this way because these junk food are loaded with fats and sugars, they are empty calories.

When you eat them, your body will receive excess of them and is going to store the huge quantity of them in your stomach.

Eat things that are more filling and have got a nice natural wrapping, avoid all industrial made foods.
