Eczema Relief For the Long Time Sufferer

103 10
Let me get this straight, you want eczema relief, but you're not quite sure where to go.
You've been to the doctor and while he charged you $300 to walk through the door, his treatment did little to help you.
Then you went down the street to the herbal shop and they sent you home with a book and 20 more eczema remedies.
You spent another $150 there and still you suffer.
I know your story because I have been there.
Through out my life I have spent hundreds, if not thousands looking for eczema relief.
And while some of these treatments did help in the short term, nothing seem to be long lasting.
Eczema - a fancy way of saying skin dermatitis or inflamed skin is not uncommon, and you and I are not alone.
There are millions, yes millions, of people around the world who suffer from the same condition.
Now the good news, finding eczema relief is easier than you think.
All those prescriptions are worthless, but there is some chance of success if you use natural remedies, but only if you go after the source of the problem.
Let me give you an example.
Eczema is caused by dry skin, so most will tell you to keep your skin moist and as a result, you will conquer your disease.
WRONG.
You have to go after the source, so rather than applying creams and lotions when you feel a bout coming on, you need to regulate humidity and provide the right dietary supplements to keep your skin moisture right all of the time.
A couple ways of doing this: First a good omega-3 supplement is in order.
And don't be cheap, you need to get a pharmaceutical grade supplement.
So rather than going down to the health food store, I would highly recommend doing a search on Google for "pharmaceutical grade omega-3 supplement.
" You should get quite a few results, so take your time and find the best one.
Next, dietary changes are in order.
Yes, I know it's a pain, but so is your eczema.
Certain foods provide more moisture to the skin than others, so I would highly suggest increasing the amount of these foods you eat.
That doesn't mean you'll have to stop eating your favorite foods all together, it just means you'll eat less of the old favorites and more of the moisturizing new foods.
And the last bit of advice I'll give here for eczema relief is regulating humidity in your home.
This is especially important while you sleep.
Why? Because this is when you body does the majority of it's healing.
Makes sense, right?
