• 1). Place the envelopes in the printer feed with the side you want to print on facing you and the stamp location in the upper left corner. The paper guide should rest against the edges of the envelopes. You can load up to 10 envelopes at a time. Go to "File" and then "Print."
  
  
• 2). Select "Properties," "Preferences," Options" or "Setup" depending on which word processor program you have on your computer. Choose "Plain" from the "Media Type" list.
  
  
• 3). Select the envelope size from the paper size list. You can also print on a custom sized envelope by selecting "Custom Size" and typing in the height and width of the envelope.
  
  
• 4). Choose "Portrait" or "Landscape" orientation. Portrait will print vertically on the envelope and landscape prints horizontally. Most envelopes print in landscape orientation.
  
  
• 5). Click "OK" to close any other printer software dialogue and "OK" or "Print" to print your envelopes.
  
  

Macintosh

• 1). Insert the envelopes in the paper tray according to Step 1 in Section 1.
  
  
• 2). Go to "File" and "Page Setup."
  
  
• 3). Choose the envelope from the "Format for" menu. If a preselected size does not match your envelope, set a custom size.
  
  
• 4). Choose "Portrait" or "Landscape" orientation and click "OK."
  
  
• 5). Go to "File" and then "Print." Choose the printer you are using and click "Print."
