How to Make a Felt Valentine Wreath

1). Make 80 circles by placing a mug rim-side-down on 1 yard of red felt and tracing around it with a white tailor's pencil. Cut the circles out with craft scissors.
2). Fold a circle in half, and then in half again. Push a straight pin into the corner of the fold.
3). Push the pin into a 12-inch polystyrene heart-shaped-wreath base to attach the felt to the surface.
4). Continue pushing the pins through the folded circles and inserting them in the wreath base until its entire front surface is covered; the wreath should look "ruffled."
5). Insert a metal wreath hook onto the back of the wreath base for hanging.
