Was second in the Razorback(G3) and Alysheba(G3) and won the Maxxam Gold Cup, under previous trainer Neil Howard. After being moved to California to the barn of Vladimir Cerin, immediately rewarded his new trainer with a win in the Pacific Classic(G1). Won his final prep in the Hawthorne Gold Cup(G2) in Chicago.
