So it is always preferable to wear a boxer instead of underwear.
4) As far as possible try to prevent environmental hazards as it may have a negative impact on the volume of the sperm.
5) Maintaining a healthy weight and a healthy lifestyle is equally important in overcoming the concerned issues relating to sperm.
