    • 1). Wash your hands with soap and water, then dry them.

    • 2). Wash your face with facial soap. Rinse with water, and pat dry with a towel.

    • 3). Apply a small, pea-sized drop of benzoyl peroxide to a finger tip. Gently rub the cream into the affected area. Allow the cream to soak into the skin for two minutes.

    • 4). Apply a nickel-size drop of moisturizer to your fingertip. Rub it into your skin using upward circular motions.
