    • 1). Sleep on the mattress regularly. In the first few weeks of use, the mattress' body impressions can seem inconsistent or can change.

    • 2). After a few weeks of sleeping in the same spot on the mattress, rotate it. Remove all bedding and lift up the mattress to rotate it so the top is now at the bottom of the bed.

    • 3). Continue sleeping on the mattress. Over time, the body impressions will even out. You may need to try different sleeping positions if the initial impressions become uncomfortable.

    • 4). Flip the mattress over every six months or so if the mattress is not a pillow top. This prevents permanent sags and impressions in the mattress.
