If you have to use it, try diluting it first, before using it.
Strong Odors There is no difference when it comes to strong odors, such as perfume.
Therefore, be very careful when you are testing them.
Cold And Cough Medication Do not take any over the counter medication, if your doctor did not give you the green light to do this.
This could in fact, cause what you are trying to prevent from actually happening.
Therefore, if you do catch a cold, talk with your family doctor about it before doing anything else.
Reduce Stress Stress is also something that you should see about cutting down, because it can certainly cause your body to shut down.
Therefore, if you are working in a very stressful job, stress management will certainly be in order.
Use Humidifier It is a good idea to keep a humidifier in your home.
This will help to keep the room at a reasonable temperature.
If the humility is too much for you to handle, at bedtime, do not forget to put it on several minutes before entering the room.
