- "Sunning".
All you have to do is close your eyes and expose your eyelid to the gentle morning sun (stop if it's too bright).
Slowly swing your head left to right while you're enjoying the morning sun.
Do this for at least 10 minutes, 20 minutes recommended, everyday. - "Palming".
Close your eyes and place your palms on your eyelid.
You shouldn't be able to see any light at this point.
While palming, imagine you're in your favorite place, be it a beach, a field of flowers or your girlfriend's home. - Cut down the amount of time you wear your glasses.
