Exercise consistently
Love it or loathe it, exercise is a must.
This is because consistent exercise will increase blood flow to your chest area, resulting in more fat being burned.
Do push-ups, and inclined and declined bench presses.
In addition, do cardio exercises like jogging or swimming.
These help to increase your metabolic rate which in turn helps you burn more fat.

Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Taking in a good amount of water daily helps your digestion which in turn burns up more fat.
This is so simple and yet so effective.
Surprisingly not many people even do this.
Make sure you're not one of them.

Good diet
Not a diet where you starve yourself, no! But one that is well-balanced, lower in oily, fatty foods, and increased fiber (eg in fruit and vegetables).
As you can imagine, the right choice of food will do wonders in your battle.
You should also aim to eat many smaller meals spaced out over the day (say 6-8) instead of just 3 big meals.
Look at it this way -- you get to eat more often! You can see that it's not difficult to figure out how to lose man boobs.
