How to Replace the Screen on a Garmin C330
- 1). Call 1-800-800-1020 or 913-397-8200 to contact Garmin's Technical Support team. You may also email the team, if desired (see Resources).
- 2). Describe the problem with the c330's screen to a technician. Provide the technician with your daytime phone number, a return address and the c330's serial number. This serial number is used to determine if the device is under warranty.
- 3). Note the dock number and return material authorization (RMA) number that the technician gives you. If the c330 was not found to be under warranty, provide a method of payment.
- 4). Mail the c330 to Garmin International, 1200 E. 151st St. Provide the RMA and dock numbers on the next two lines. Write "Olathe, KS 66062" on the last line.
