How to Reset a Metro PCS Voicemail Code
- 1). Dial "611" on your MetroPCS account to access the myMetro service. You will hear an audio prompt and a splash screen appears on your phone.
- 2). Wait for the main menu to load. Once loaded, the menu shows your account balance and recurring payment due date.
- 3). Select "3. myMetro Settings" from the homescreen.
- 4). Open the "Care Setting" menu and select "3. Reset Voice Mail PIN."
- 5). Sign into myMetro using your account security code, which is the security code you created when activating your MetroPCS service for the first time.
- 6). Verify that you want to reset the PIN number by selecting "YES, Reset PIN."
- 7). Write down the new PIN number that is displayed on the next screen. This is the temporary PIN that must be used to access your voicemail account the next time you dial the voicemail number.
- 8). Change the PIN number when prompted after calling your voicemail account. You must sign in with the temporary password created in Steps 6 and 7, but will be prompted to change the new PIN number to one of your choosing.
