Nothing Beats A Family"s Support

I am currently in big financial trouble; so huge that I am so close to filing bankruptcy. I had to close my dress shop business which started out pretty well because it was no longer making money; it was accumulating debts instead. I have a box full of overdue bills at home and my phone had been ringing off the hook lately since I am also behind my mortgage payments and my bank didn't approve my intent for refinancing. Again, like I said I am in deep trouble.
Just when I was losing hope, my aunt called out of the blue just to chat, and since I needed to talk to someone badly I told her about my predicament. She was a good listener and really appreciated the fact that I was going through this with someone, even if that someone didn't initially want to be involved. Anyway, after I spilled everything to her, she told me about this program called home affordable modification. She said that I may be able to qualify and this will prevent my home from foreclosure. I was thrilled but at the same time I didn't want to get my hopes up. My aunt added that I may really have a pretty good chance of qualifying since she knows some people who could help me out. She even bragged that "her people" were able to qualify over 65% of all homeowners who contacted them for the program and that if ever I didn't qualify (meaning I lose my home) there are still several alternatives that these guys could share with me that could help me out. After explaining all these things to me, my aunt hung up and said that she would contact the people who could help me and that she would also accompany me to my appointment for some moral support. I really appreciated having a family to support me during times like this.
