EFT Tapping - Healing At The Cellular Level For Weight Loss

As part of my muscle-testing training for EFT and other Tapping modalities, I ask questions to make sure the person is fully congruent with healing.
So I asked myself similar questions to do with my weight and got a result that shocked me.
I asked for a True or False about this statement: My cells think I should be a fat person.
And I am surprised to get a True answer! So, if at the cellular level, I am thinking like a fat person, then I am going to really struggle to become slim again.
I had gained weight due to illness, medication, and inactivity.
So far, I have lost two dress sizes, but I need to lose two more.
Last year I lost one dress size by using EFT tapping.
This year, I am tapping more diligently and methodically for my weight, and I have one dress size to lose by the end of the year to reach my target of two per year.
The truth of this statement started at a 6 out of 10.
So I tapped on it in several ways and finally got a totally False answer to it - a complete zero.
I have learned to go for a zero intensity with EFT to make sure the problem goes.
The result was that when I went out to eat that evening, my spouse ordered chips and I did not.
Additionally, instead of planning to sleep late that evening, I planned to retire early so I can do an extra class at the gym in the morning before work.
If you are doing EFT and you wonder if you are totally aligned with your desired result, try asking questions at the cellular level.
Questions to ask include the following.
My cells feel safe going forward with my goal of...
My cells are those of a person successful at...
My cells want me to achieve...
Fill in the dots with your desired goal.
Then either ask yourself how true the answer feels to you or do a self-muscle-test.
Alternatively, if you are working with a practitioner, ask them to muscle-test you if they do muscle-testing.
Some prefer to use a pendulum instead, so if that is your preferred means of testing, that is good too.
Then tap for whatever comes up.
