Advice & Tips to Build Muscle Fast That I Tell to My Clients

I get questions from my clients that want to build muscle all the time...
such as...
can you show me how to build muscle fast? Can you teach me how to put on an extra 10-15 pounds of muscles BEFORE my summer vacation? Can you help me get the body for my first ever body building competition or fitness model show? Can you you show me bodybuilding routines that will make me look like a bodybuilder? As a former skinny guy turned into a muscle building expert, I've I get questions from my clients that want to build muscle all the time...
such as...

Can you you show me bodybuilding routines that will make me look like a bodybuilder?`had a lot of men and women ask me how to build muscles fast, safely and most importantly...
efficiently.
So understand...
that it is absolutely possible for you to gain muscle mass no matter how skinny you are.
You just have to observe a whole different set of rules...
from all those well-meaning friends and body builders at the gym.
My point is you will have to train smarter and not necessarily harder.
I know you don't quite get it yet but I hope you will as you keep on reading.
Here is some of the most FAQs I get and the answers...
one) Don't do more than ten repetitions...
The reason for that is when you do MORE than ten repetitions, you are really working on your slow twitch muscle fibers which don't grow as fast as the fast twitch muscle fibers.
Think about it this way...
first take a look at the college sprinters...
those guys are basically all fast muscle fiber and they are built! Now look at the long distance runners who are basically use slow twitch fibers for repetitive motions for miles.
And they are all sticks and twiggy...
thin and emaciated.
That is NOT the look we are going for...
two) Don't have long workouts Instead, try to make your workouts more intense with less rest in-between sets.
three) doing more than one exercise per muscle group When you think about this...
what's the point of doing that? It is just the same as doing more than 10 repetitions as in FAQ one.
Increase your weights and then just move on to the next muscle group.
You get more work done faster this way...
four) Don't do more than three to five sets per muscle group Remember, this advice is for those who want to gain muscle weight the natural and safe way.
If you take anabolic steroids or other illegal and dangerous substances...
you are on your own buddy...
Just do your work...
increase the weights if you have to...
and then move on to another muscle group five) Track your progress You SHOULD be gaining measurable strength every two weeks or so.
If you aren't sure...
then you just made one of the biggest mistakes many bodybuilders make...
not tracking your weight lifting progress.
And the reason you should be gaining strength is because it means you are stressing your muscles to force them to get bigger.
There ya go! Following and adapting these five natural bodybuilding tips will get you on the way to getting that body you want.
The last thing I want to say is quit following the crowd.
Most of those rules are myths which have no science or proof behind them.
