Guide Review - "Dave Chappelle's Block Party" - The Unrated DVD
Dave Chappelle had this great idea to throw a huge block party no one would ever forget. With camera crews in tow, Chappelle went to his hometown and passed out invitations to the once-in-a-lifetime event to the small town folks of Yellow Springs. Although some confessed they weren't fans of rap, it didn't matter. A trip to New York City and the chance to have fun and be a part of Dave Chappelle's film were too much to pass up.
Chappelle and director Michel Gondry ("Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind") treat viewers to an entertaining and hilarious time filled with interesting characters and some unbelievable musical preformances.
