I still wonder what perfect teeth actually look like.
Could it be the teeth in a toothpaste promo? Perfect smiles of public icons and super stars? To be honest, it's hard to tell.
One thing though that is evident, is people do spend huge amounts of money for this.
Nevertheless, a smile isn't merely enough to tell it, other things such as gum and tongue condition need to be checked to ascertain the level of perfectness.
For one to be considered to have perfect teeth, there shouldn't be cavities, caries, gum bleeding or gingivitis and the tongue shouldn't be unclogged.
It's actually possible to achieve this and if you wish to, then you've got to start good oral routines.
Brush twice a day, ensure you use a clean and soft toothbrush to avoid hurting your gum, use a fluoride toothpaste and change regularly so that bacteria in the mouth do not grow resistant to it.
What about those tight areas below the gum line that your toothbrush can't reach? Well, they definitely have to be clean or otherwise the bacteria will do harm.
A floss should be used to remove the bacterial plaque.
You simply pull the floss from the level of the gum line towards the end of the tooth.
When you cannot get the floss between the teeth, try a waxed one and please remember to use a fresh floss as you progress in each tooth.
Generally there are various products manufactured just to help you achieve perfect teeth.
Some of this include dental picks, irrigation items that send flows of water in the mouth washing food particles away, mouthwash or special rinse that destroy bacterial plague responsible for tooth decay.
However, consult your dentist first on the products to use.
