- 1). Visit the official APC website.
- 2). Click "Products" followed by "UPS Batteries & Upgrades."
- 3). Enter the model number on your APC battery in the boxes provided. You will find this number on the bottom or back of the battery tower.
- 4). Click "Next." The APC web page will display a screen of purchase options, including placing an order for the new battery in your cart and buying it online.
