- 1). Put your rated R DVD into your Playstation 2 and turn it on. Wait for the screen to appear asking you if you would like to allow the movie to be played. Select yes and wait for the screen to enter your password.
- 2). Press "Select" when the password screen comes up. When asked for the code to delete your current passcode, enter "7444". This is the Playstation 2's master passcode.
- 3). Enter a new code.
- 4). Re-enter your new code for verification. Be sure you enter it exactly as you did the first time, or your code will not be accepted.
