STOP Dieting! One Thing and the ONLY Thing to Do Before You Diet
I am going to ask you to stop your diets thinking of.
It's just that dieting can be and is real hard work.
Many of you know what i mean.
I want to challenge you to do something before you consider any diet that will drain your pockets.
Why not try something free? Supplementing your diet with fruit, vegetables, seeds, nuts and legumes is a very healthy lifestyle option, and is great for the environment too.
But, if you are in need to shed some of that excess fat off DONT start dieting.
You're probably wondering HUH? I'll get to that in a minute.
I guess you might have been there before taking measurements, keeping track of your weight, replacing and substituting certain foods with certain veggies, counting calories and the list go on and on.
Maybe some of you tired some diets that use shakes, some that use pills, and some diets that limit the amount of overall carbohydrate.
Probably you also tried others that focus on certain types of foods, generally ones high in starch and sugars.
Since starch turns to sugar in our bodies, many diet writers do not make a distinction between the two still others focus on how glycaemic the diet is.
It's too much to take in! SO, for those of you who failed or is setting up for failure, I would like to share one thing that is important if your diet is going to be a success.
Drink lots of water! That's right; water is what you need to shed some amazing "butter" off you.
Always have a bottle of water next to you.
Not just bottled water or tap, try to get your household a filter that takes care of all that chlorine and unwanted/ unknown harmful chemicals.
By drinking water you: 1.
Eliminate toxins - which helps to boost your immune system therefore burn more fat.
2.
Replenish/ hydrate - to have your brain function at its maximum capacity and reinforces the immune system to do its job.
3.
Increase your metabolism by 3 % even if it's just a galas of water more than you usually drink.
4.
Decrease fatigue.
Actually the #1 reason for fatigue is not drinking water.
So, who do expect to exercise? Start with making small changes.
If you go directly into a diet your body goes in shock and can't handle the pressure.
Here is where most people fail.
Focus on getting those 10 - 15 pounds of within the first month (just by drinking water) and then consider slowly changing the way you eat and exercise.
So before you start a diet try drinking water.
Better yet it doesn't cost you a penny.
