Increase Conversion Rates Through Relationships Not Expensive Sales Copy
You see people don't buy based on a sales page, we hear about it all the time, you've got to get the best copywriter in the best world, and don't get me wrong, if I spent ten grand on every one of my sales pages they'd convert a little higher rate, don't get me wrong.
I realize that, but what I believe is that people buy from me, and I believe they'll buy from you, based on a relationship, based on trust.
People buy based on trust in a relationship, and again we're talking a higher ticket product, we're talking anywhere from a hundred dollars up to five thousand dollars, so again, the trust level certainly has to be higher, than a ten dollar product.
You know a ten dollar product, you can sell a ten dollar product all day long, and people will give you their money, because they figure if you're a shyster, they're only out ten bucks.
But if you're going to send a 500 product, you've got to develop some trust, and answering emails is a phenomenal way to develop that trust.
So, I tell you, that if you are using an auto-responder to respond to everybody and to send people over to a support ticket, I recommend that you change that.
You may be so big that you can't personally answer those emails, well, hire a human to answer the emails.
Hire a human to answer the emails.
Somebody that knows the answers to your questions, or work with them for two weeks and teach them the answers, or whatever it is.
Hire somebody off of your list thats been a heavy buyer, somebody that's bought everything you have and knows all your answers as well as you do.
Hire somebody to answer your emails for you.
And your conversion rates will go way up, because this is about relationship, this is not about the numbers.
Now, obviously I use numbers because numbers are consistent, you know, and numbers prove things, but what actually sells, is the relationship thats been created.
