• John Bozeman's Bistro, founded in 1982, has been recognized as an exceptional restaurant. In fact, it has even received an award for being Bozeman's best restaurant. The restaurant itself is in a renovated building originally built in 1905. Today, this restaurant serves a number of Thai dishes, including Ty's Thai Curry Stir Fry, Tofu Fried Rice, and the Ahi Tokyo Bowl. Non-Asian options include fish and chips, salads, sandwich and soup combos, and burgers. John Bozeman's Bistro has an extensive wine menu, including eight different types of whites and reds sold by the bottle for under $40. Guests wanting wine by the glass have the option of reds and whites for five to eight dollars. John Bozeman's is open every day of the week except Sunday and Monday.
