How to Recharge an Iban Staff

1). Return to the Underground Pass dungeon in the "RuneScape" game. This is the dungeon where you originally received the Staff of Iban. Its location will be marked on your in-game map if you have forgotten where it is since you originally picked up the staff and added it to your inventory.
2). Go through the dungeon until you find the Flames of Zamorak well. This is the area in the game where you originally found the Staff of Iban. The well will have been repopulated with enemies since the last time you traveled through it, so fight off any monsters as you make your way through the dungeon.
3). Use the Staff of Iban on the Flames of Zamorak well the same way you would use it on an enemy. If the staff needs to be recharged, this means that you've used it before. Using the Staff on the Flames of Zamorak well will fully recharge the staff, allowing you to use it again during battle.
