Food For Thought: I Want Six Pack Abs!

I think everyone would like to have a six pack, but not everyone knows how to get one! If you are thinking to yourself: I want six pack abs, but I don't know how, this little guide might be able to help you out.
First and foremost, you need to consider the exercises you are doing.
If I want six pack abs, I'm not going to do leg exercises, I'm going to do CORE exercises.
Your core is considered your abdominal area.
Exercises that are great for nice abs include: Bicycle Exercise, Captain's Chair Leg Raise, Exercise Ball Crunch, Vertical Leg Crunch, Long Arm Crunch, Reverse Crunch, Full Vertical Crunch and Plank on Elbows and Toes.
You can also get fabulous results from exercise machines as well.
You can either buy these machines or you can use them at a gym.
Frankly, I really like non-machine exercises because I don't have to waste any money buying them or storing them.
Personally, when I think about the fact that I want six pack abs, right away I think about rowing machines and I think about ab machines or crunch machines as some people call them.
Doing just a few exercises a day for your abs can help you start to see results.
The other factor is the foods you are eating.
If I want those six pack abs I sure the heck ain't going to be eating cheeseburgers and grilled cheese sandwiches.
Instead, go for food that is high in protein, but low in fat and calories.
Think steak, chicken (preferably white meat), and fish just to name a few.
Stay away from sugar since this tends to slow down your metabolism.
If you absolutely need your coffee in the morning, try a non-sugar based creamer and a natural sweetener like Stevia!
