Kevin is ticked and races to the Palace where he will trys to find out from Viki and Renee how this happened (um, you were late dude). Kelly, with perfect ankles (and legs too) arrives back at The Palace in time to talk with Blair before Kevin goes on the air. The plan worked (Good job Kelly).

As Viki hands Blair the mic, she says "Tell him what is in your heart."

On stage and on statewide television, Blair (Cassie DePaiva) starts to sing at the stroke of midnight.
