An apology can help someone mend his or her ex's broken heart especially if it is sincere and straight from the heart. If done correctly, it can work wonders and can even soften a stone-hearted individual. But what if you've cheated on your wife that devastated not only your marriage but also the entire family? Do you believe that apologizing will do the works? Will you be able to stop asking yourself, "how to get my ex back?"

Many have attempted doing different things just to be forgiven by their wife, but only a few pull it off. Why is that? Was it not good enough or was it done insincerely?

If you want to get your wife back, apologize sincerely and don't push her to forgive you right away. You bruised your ex-partner's heart, so it is just proper to let that wound heal before you demand for another chance.

Admit your mistakes and stress out the reasons why you committed such impediment. Remember this: never point your finger at your wife for the things she has done or not done that made you resort to such blunder. This is your moment of asking for forgiveness, not your ex's. if she says sorry, appreciate it; if not, just leave it as it is.

Apologies are often followed by committing yourself to the things you promised to undertake in order to make the second try work out. If you want your wife back, then you have to deal with that. Some things are difficult to do but you've got no choice if you really want the marriage to work this time. If the changes asked by the circumstance is for the good of everybody, then who are you not to plunge in?

Problem is it's not that simple to change from someone you used to be into a person of your opposite. But this doesn't matter if the purpose of traversing this new path is for the continuity of a relationship, of a marriage once slashed by some predicament which is cheating.

Show your wife how sorry you are and assure her that you're not going to do the same thing ever again. Make her see the changes in you and prove to her that giving this second chance is worthwhile.
