When it comes to avoiding procrastination some of us seem to have a bit of trouble keeping focused especially when we have something very important to do. 1.Scheduling some time for breaks: if you have a responsibility or some work that will take a very long time to complete, consider establishing some break times or making a schedule to complete it. By dividing your time and managing your time you can schedule some breaks where you can do a bit of reading online, check your social media page, or take some time out for yourself. By scheduling time to take breaks and keeping to that schedule you will get your work done while still having some time for fun.
2.Get help when you need it: dividing up your workload with a coworker, or having a friend help you out in your task will help to get it done faster. Having a bit of company with you while you work will also help to keep you on track. As long as you both commit to finishing your project you will make it through.
3.Try to change your environment: if you are having difficulty staying on focus in one area, consider moving into a different room or work space. If you work space has a number of distractions you may want to consider going to a new environment outside of your home such as a library or a coffee shop to get your work done with different distractions to keep you on task.
4.Ask for advice: if you know somebody who is already completed the same goal, or the same type of work, get as much information as you can from them. You may find out the different methods that will help you to complete your work faster or to enjoy your work even more.
