    • The tennis option in "Wii Sports" makes it possible for players to use the motion sensors to actually "play" a limited form of tennis, and a few cheats or secrets can only help. One can get you a dangerous serve while another can give you a new place to play. These tricks provide a different aesthetic and can help improve a player's game ratings.

    Blue Practice Court

    • After selecting your character or characters, a "Warning" screen will appear. Press the "2" button at the screen to unlock the blue court, also known as the practice court. The process must be repeated to have the blue court in future matches.

    Power Serve

    • The "power serve" is a valuable because of its speed and strength. Press and hold the "A" button and then swing at the ball's highest point in the air. For many opponents, it will be a difficult serve to counter.

    Double Points

    • Forty skill points are awarded with a secret that involves having two of your Mii in a game. Look at the left side of the game select screen for your player. Use the "A" button to click on the character on the same side beside the net. This will change the shadowed character to your own Mii.

    Topspin, Backspin

    • Swing the Wii Remote forward in a low-to-high direction to achieve the topspin effect. Rotate your wrist to help the topspin. Swing the Wii Remote forward in a high-to-low direction to provide a backspin. Adjust your speed for different kinds of backspin.

    Slow Serve

    • The "slow serve" is difficult for computer players to counter. Wait until the ball has nearly dropped all the way to serve it. It will be much slower and higher than normal serves.
