Burj Khalifa, Defining the "can Do" Spirit of Dubai

A living wonder and the world's tallest building that has pushed the limits of design, architecture and construction. The Burj Khalifa is an iconic project that reflects the can do spirit of Dubai and has confirmed Dubai's name as a global player. Described as a €vertical city€ the tower rises to a height of 2,716.5 feet and more than 160 stories. The tower is a mixed use development having a total built up area of 5.67 million sq ft out of which 1.85 million sq ft is residential space and over 300,000 sq ft of office space. The tower holds many world records, apart from being the tallest building in the world; the Burj Khalifa also holds records for having the highest number of stories, highest occupied floor in the world, highest observation deck, elevator covering the longest distance and the tallest service elevator. The tower is home to the Armani Hotel, the only hotel in world designed by Gorgio Armani, 900 residential units consisting of Studios, one, two, three and four bedroom apartments.

Armani Hotel: The Hotel reflects the highest standards of comfort and elegance offering an exceptional lifestyle which brings to life the €stay with Armani€ promise. Occupying the concourse level to level 8 and levels 38 and 39 the rooms offer stunning views of Downtown Dubai and the city. The hotel also features 8 restaurants serving a wide range of cuisines, a luxurious Ballroom with a seating capacity of 450 people, a designer retail outlet and the Armani SPA offering personalized treatments and outstanding service.

Observation Deck: Located at level 124 €At the Top€ offers breath taking views of the city, Downtown Dubai and the Sea. Visitors can rent audio devices and listen to the fascinating story of this true marvel of extreme engineering and hi tech project. The audio guides are available in different languages and there is a children's version also available for the young visitors.

The Park: Burj Khalifa is surrounded by an 11 hectare park with greenery and water features serving as an entry and outdoor living space. The park's design is inspired by core design concepts of Burj Khalifa based on the symmetries of the desert flower, Hymenocallis. The Park is irrigated by a unique condensation collection system as a part of the €Green Initiative€. At the center of the park is the water room which is a series of pools and water jet fountains.

The Club: A four level health and recreation annex covering an area of 22,000 square feet; The Club features two indoor and outdoor pools, two gymnasiums and SPA facilities.
