How to Do a Bead Stitch In Crochet

1). Thread as many beads as you need onto your crochet yarn before you begin to crochet the pattern. Crochet as normal to the position of the first bead.
2). Push the bead along the crochet yarn until it rests against the body of the crochet work.
3). Put the crochet hook through the stitch next to the bead, then work yarn over hook as for a single crochet, grabbing the yarn that comes out of the far side of the bead in the hook.
4). Pull the hook through the stitch to complete a single crochet and secure the bead into place at the same time.
5). Continue the crochet pattern until the position of the next bead is reached, then push another bead up to the crochet work and secure it in place with a single crochet into the next stitch as before.
