How to Do a Bead Stitch In Crochet
- 1). Thread as many beads as you need onto your crochet yarn before you begin to crochet the pattern. Crochet as normal to the position of the first bead.
- 2). Push the bead along the crochet yarn until it rests against the body of the crochet work.
- 3). Put the crochet hook through the stitch next to the bead, then work yarn over hook as for a single crochet, grabbing the yarn that comes out of the far side of the bead in the hook.
- 4). Pull the hook through the stitch to complete a single crochet and secure the bead into place at the same time.
- 5). Continue the crochet pattern until the position of the next bead is reached, then push another bead up to the crochet work and secure it in place with a single crochet into the next stitch as before.
