I have seen this in my own life for the past 3 years.
I had so many limiting beliefs about myself and about what I could do and not do.
I was limiting myself in so many ways and I constantly put myself down because I was living other people's realities.
If "they" said I could not do something I believed them and never challenged them or myself or even asked "why".
Which brings me to the most important question in the clearing process - WHY DO I HAVE THIS LIMITING BELIF? You have to question these beliefs that are standing in your way of the life you want to enjoy.
Why can you not be an actor / model/ Sail a yacht/ travel to exotic destinations? / work only 5 hours a day and still make a six figure pay check every month? Once you use the "tapping techniques" and the "Ho'oponopono" methods and write down why you have these limiting beliefs and start clearing them out one at a time everyday, you will notice a shift in your reality.
Your problems become easier to tackle and solve, you wake up happier with a sense of purpose, you get inspired to do new things that you enjoy and you can earn a living from.
In short, the universe delivers to you what you ask of it at a faster speed as there are NO COUNTER INTENTIONS to oppose your INTENTIONS that you put out to the Universe.
Let me give you and example - If you want to make $8,000 a month but you are currently making only $3,000 and in your mind you don't think you are worthy of that extra $5000 then your INTENTION - $8000 will be OPPOSED BY A COUNTER INTENTION - you are not worthy.
Now you may ask me "why the counter intention is more powerful than the intention?"Â It is so because what YOU BELIEVE IN YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS OR IN YOUR VERY CORE is what drives you in life.
Your sub conscious DRIVES your conscious.
It has been programming you since you were a baby.
 You are wired through your subconscious.
If it believes that you are NOT WORTHY you can do all the Visualizations and positive affirmations in the world and even follow the LOA to the letter but if you have not cleared out negative beliefs from your subconscious you will manifest a mere fraction of what you are actually capable of if you did not have those niggling negative beliefs.
