Having a six pack shows that you are incredibly devoted and have you act together.
It also shows that you care a lot about your appearance and take care of yourself.
All of these things are definite pluses when it comes to getting a girl or improving your self esteem.
You should not only want to get a six pack to attract the ladies but to also boost your confidence and show you take care of yourself.
Getting a six pack is not for those people who think it will happen overnight because that is just impossible.
However, it will not take forever either just two months or so should give you what you desire if you are devoted.
This brings me to my next point that you need to have the correct attitude in order to follow through with it.
If you don't think that you can do it then it will never happen.
If you are very devoted it will be an easy task.
Having a good diet is one of the most important things that you need to do.
A diet that is low in sugars, carbohydrates, and fat is very important.
You should be having a diet with a lot of protein and fiber as well as all your vitamins and minerals.
There should be only one day that you can so called "cheat" so that you don't lose it and you keep your body in a guessing state keeping your metabolism up.
Another thing that you need to do is exercise and exercise regularly.
Not only will exercise build up muscle it will increase your metabolism and burn fat.
You should do things like running, doing plyometrics, and lifting weights.
These are all very important to do often about five to six times a week.
However you want to give yourself 48 hours break before lifting the same muscle group and 48 hours before sprinting more than 80%.
