My Experience with "Strip That Fat".

It always seems that again and again I come to the point of needing to drop some pounds. I mean I lose the weight and then a year or two goes by and there I am standing in front of a mirror pondering the belly fat that is going to give me a coronary is I don't lose it. Now it turns out that increased body fat also increases your chances at getting cancer—sigh!

The Hook

It was at this point three months ago when my wife beckoned me to the sofa where she sat cradling the lap top. “Look,” she said pointing at a website emblazoned with the headline “Strip That Fat”. “I've been reading about this new diet on the web and it looks really good.” I sat down beside her and began reading the blurb. “Lose x pounds a week...easy...blah blah.” Then a sentence caught my eye. Use our diet menu creator to make up your own diet from the foods you choose. Hmmm, My ears perked up. I wondered what a calzone diet would be like.

Taking The Plunge

I decided to buy "Strip That Fat" and strip the fat off from it and see if the claims were true. I did the credit card thing and I was soon poised to give my password and see what this diet was all about. Opening the browser window of "Strip That Fat", the first thing I noticed was the menu generator to give me control over creating menus with the foods I like-wow what a great idea.

More Meals

The next thing I read was that I got to eat 5 meals a day instead of just three, this is suppose to keep my metabolism roaring stripping fat off my body. Who would have thought more meals rather than fewer meals would help a person lose weight. It blew me away when this actually worked. It turns out that eating boosts metabolic activity and metabolism is the only natural way fat leaves the body.

Yes, Exercise Also

I also discovered that it has an exercise program attached to it to boost you metabolism even higher by doing the correct combination of exercise. Another wow moment came when I found out that aerobic exercise alone is not the best exercise to boost your metabolism. Resistance training is combination with aerobic exercise really got my fat blasters going. This whole diet/weight loss plan is based on boosting your metabolism for blasting fat 24/7. The surprising thing was that it all worked for me. I didn't drop fat like a stone, but I lost steadily and felt great.

Inside "Strip That Fat", all of the information was presented in a nice looking ebook and there was an on-line diet generator that could generate a two week diet of the foods I liked to eat. You can run as many two week diets as you wish. It turns out that the body will get use to routines and stop blasting fat so you need to mix it up. There were no food groups that were no no's a fact I appreciated. As with most programs I did not lose as much weight as the promotional material claimed could be lost, but I have come to expect that, besides each diet reacts differently with different people and if I were selling a diet I'd probably quote the high figures also.

List of Ingredients

There are none-yes you read it right-there are no lists of ingredients, you just use the information in the "Strip That Fat" ebook and the diet generator to plan your two week weight loss campaign. They do not give you any supplements, or diet pills in "Strip That Fat"-some people will be disappointed, but the diet is easy and straight forward and if you stick with it you will lose weight healthfully. OK I admit it I cheated and did use a thermogenic diet agent I bought at GNC for the last week of the diet and that did increase my weight loss, but you don't have to.
