- 1). Push the "Power" button on your HP CP1700 printer to turn on your printer. Open your word processing document, click "File" at the top of the program menu and select "Print" from the File sub-menu.
- 2). Click "HP CP1700" in the drop-down menu of available printers, then click the "Preferences" button.
- 3). Select the "Print Size" tab and select the drop-down menu underneath "Size." Click "A3 (11.7 x 16.5)" then click the "OK" button to return to the printing properties window. Click the circle next to the page range to select the page numbers to print, then enter the number of copies you wish to print, just as you would with a standard-sized document.
- 4). Click the "Apply" button in the lower-right corner of the Print window, then click the "Print" button to begin the print job.
