- 1). Travel to Route 11 with your surfboard. Route 11 is the path that will take you from Fuchia to the blocked construction site.
- 2). Follow the path until you reach the construction site.
- 3). Open the Item menu and turn on the PokeGear Radio. Press the "A" button to select the PokeFlute radio station, which is in the middle of the upper portion of the radio globe. The music will cause the Snorlax to wake up.
- 4). Defeat Snorlax to pass through the construction site. It will not let you leave the site until you beat it in a battle. Snorlax has a large amount of hit points, so begin the battle by fighting it with your strongest Pokemon and weakening it with constant attacks. Then bring out another strong, high-level Pokemon to help defeat Snorlax. Once it faints, it will fall back asleep, but it will no longer block your path out of the construction site.
