• Give your bridesmaids personalized flowers that pair with the flowers that are associated with each girl's birth month. You can have several different colors, or you can keep the color of the flowers unified.

• Offer foods to your guests that come from your heritage or your spouse's heritage. For example, if you are of Italian heritage, offer traditional Italian-style meals with cannoli or tiramisu for dessert. You can also use a family recipe that is of importance to you or your spouse. • Write personalized letters for the guests of honor at your ceremony and leave them on each guest's seat for them to discover before they sit down. You can include a word of thanks, a special memory that includes the guest or a note about how much they mean to you.

• Give each table at the reception a unique name that aligns with a special memory that you and your spouse share. For example, you can label a table with the name of the first restaurant you and your spouse went to together, or the place where the wedding proposal occurred.
