The World's first permanent Outdoor Art Gallery, originating in Gibsons, BC -- spreading worldwide.

Paint Our Town is a campaign to raise funds to install artwork outdoors in the small Town of Gibsons, British Columbia (near Vancouver). It's an initiative of the Outdoor Art Gallery. It will be a year-round exhibition of original artwork on building walls and also attached to free standing wooden structures on public lands! Sculpture will also be included as the Gallery expands.

The Town of Gibsons has granted us approval to use public property for the installation of the Gallery's up to 40 pieces of local weatherproof artwork, including 30 two dimensional originals and 10 sculptures.

All artwork will be for sale, and at the end of the year long exhibition, anything not sold will be auctioned off thus enabling us to install a fresh batch of artwork. With your help, the Outdoor Art Gallery will become the only social enterprise Gallery in the World, operating entirely outdoors. No bricks, no mortar, just FRESH ART in the FRESH AIR

It will be a unique venue for artists to showcase their work, will beautify the Town and will attract much needed tourism thus benefiting local merchants.

Following the Gallery's first successful year of operation in Gibsons, the Outdoor Art Gallery will continue to open similar Paint Our Town exhibits in various small Towns throughout British Columbia and North America with artwork specific to that particular community. We believe that an outdoor art gallery will have the biggest impact in smaller towns where the citizens can actively support the artists.

In order to successfully install the Outdoor Art Gallery, we need your support in raising $12,000 CAD, which will be used to pay for the installations including...
€ Structures for Artwork
€ Legal & insurance
€ Publicity & Social Media
€ Hi-Res Photography of the Art
€ Postcard prints
€ Poster prints
€ Limited Edition prints
€ Postage
€ Fulfillment of rewards
€ Event video/photos
€ Commemorative book
€ Gallery website

Averaged out, each installation costs approximately $2,000. Our goal is to install a minimum of 6 installations and of course, if we exceed this goal, additional installations will be possible. We have identified about 40 locations where we'd love to Paint Our Town.
